Progressive speed Coaching for events from 5k –Marathons

Ideal for athletes looking to qualify GFA (Good for age) times for prestige races including the Marathon Majors, or maybe a plan to help you smash a parkrun PB.

Bespoke running plans from 4 – 18 weeks – includes an initial physical analysis of movement and form and approx 1 hours coaching time per week to support a tailored, comprehensive running plan, and strategy planning closer to the event.

Typical plan prices are charged at £25 / hour, and coaching will be a mixture of remote contact (via phone & Zoom) in person at our Stroud Run Centre, or at an agreed meeting place (subject to additional travel expenses).

Great classes with like minded people. Definitely can’t recommend them enough. Classes consist of an hour of circuit training followed by some run specific technical drills. I’ve now completed a few blocks of this course and feel my overall body strength has considerably improved, especially on longer runs. I completed my first marathon in over 4 years recently and fully believe the gains from these classes massively helped my legs during the marathon
